The history of Loddon Drive was presented at Wargrave Local History Society's February meeting.
Patsy Roynon took the group on a 'virtual walk' along Loddon Drive.
The Loddon Drive resident spoke about the history of the drive, including the opening of the railway station in 1900, the houses and the floods.
Patsy spoke about the impact of the 1947 floods, which saw a number of residents leave the road, and finished her talk by showing pictures of the road and house gardens under water.
The talk took place at The Pavilion in Recreation Road on Tuesday, February 11. The next meeting will be the annual meeting on March 11 at 8pm also in The Pavilion.
