A Halloween Evening of Burlesque and Vaudeville
Saturday, October 30
The Hundred Watt Club invites you to peek inside their cabinet of curiosities for A Halloween Evening of Burlesque and Vaudeville on Saturday.
Join your host the lewd and loveable strumpet Aunty Mae for an evening of bizarre burlesque, queer cabaret and sublime circus entertainment.
With spine-tingling striptease from showgirl Velvet Jones and gravity defying circus stunts from Jamie Double.
Meet burlesque clown Giddy Heights and her puppies or dare to step into the madcap world of Griffin and Jones...
The show embraces adult themes, strong language and partial nudity with gusto.
The Hundred Watt Club performed their first show in 2008. Since then they have taken pride in producing top quality burlesque events, featuring a sensational mix of performers from the UK, Europe and the USA.
There’s no dress code but glamorous, vintage and Halloween attire is always encouraged. There’ll be a bottle of prosecco and a pair of coveted Hundred Watt Club tassels up-for-grabs on the night for the person awarded Best Dressed.
Suitable for ages 18 and over. Tickets £16.
The UK has voted to leave the European Union in yesterday's referendum - and while the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead fell into the remain camp, Slough voted to support a Brexit.
