Pupils from Newlands Girls' School presented to the deputy chair of Olympics organisers LOCOG during a national enterprise challenge on Wednesday.
The year 10 girls travelled to Wembley Stadium after they won the south east regional final of the Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) Real Business Challenge in November.
From over 500 schools the Farm Road school was among 10 who made it to the final, which involved the girls presenting to a panel of judges including Sir Keith Mills, deputy chair of London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) and CCE managing director Simon Baldry. They also had a chance to meet guest-of-honour Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, one of the most successful disabled athletes in the country.
To mark the team's success in getting to the national final the recycling poster they produced for the regional heat has been displayed on a billboard in High Wycombe from Thursday.
